 TUNDE ESO

Eso is a graduate of Political Science from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. He also studied Accountancy at the Osun State College of Technology Esa-Oke, before proceeding to read Public Relations at the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) in 2010.

In March 2019, he went to Word of Faith Bible Institute, Nigeria for Basic Certificate Course and proceeded to Leadership Certificate Course in May 2019 and graduated with distinction. He did Project Management course at AgileP3 in May, 2019 and became a Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria in 2009.

He is the author of the following books: Vision for Africa published in 2013 where he coined a new system of government called Youthocracy, and African Security Solution, a best seller. He is the President of Fix Nigeria Group with coordinators across the nation, and the publisher of Findout Newspaper. He is a prolific writer with more than 10 years’ experience in public relations, public management, media consulting, and counseling. He has to his credit more than 60 published articles in both local and national dailies. In 2016, at the age of 39, he contested as a governorship candidate of Osun State under the Peoples Democratic Party.

Tunde Eso is a visionary with immense passion for human development and nation building. Since 2009 he organizes free seminars to inspire the young ones in schools for nation-building, vision discovery and career development with free distribution of the Nigerian flag, with the tag name, School-to-School career talk, across Nigeria.

Tunde Eso, because of his passion for growth in Africa, has given academic and vocational training scholarships to a number of less-privileged people. And due to his relentless corporate social responsibility activities and intellectual acumen displayed in the society he has received many awards which includes Corporate Social Responsibility, Award of excellence for outstanding contribution to the society by AS+A communications in November 26th, 2010 along with former Minister of Information, Prof. Dora Akunyili and for his intellectual acumen, he was awarded with ‘Icon of Intellectual Capacity in Nigeria’ by National Association of Polytechnics (NAPS), Nigeria in April, 2016, ‘Outstanding Youth of the Year Award of Indigenous Governance and Entertainment Award (IGEA) by AMEBO9JA on 27th of February, 2017, and Leadership Personality of the year by PALEC Prestige Anchor Leadership, Empowerment and Capacity Awards on 13th July, 2017 at Abuja; got ‘African youth advocate’ award 2017 by AFRIMS; Yoruba Youth Award for Excellence Leadership on 13th October 2017 by Omidan Yoruba in Ogun State, Federation of Ijesa Student Union (FISU) Oscotech Esa-Oke chapter award of excellence presented to Tunde Eso as a vivacious Youthocrate of the year on 16th of December 2017, Faculty of Arts Students Association , OAU, Ile-Ife in Nigeria awarded him ‘founder of youthocracy’ on 21st May, 2018 and Discovery for Youths 2018 on 29th May 2018, awarded him thus ‘In recognition of your relentless contribution to the development and empowerment of the Nigerian youth’.

He is highly sought by Television and Radio stations and has been featured in an interview on BBC, what with his strong passion to see undergraduates, graduates and people of his continent come up with ideas that will cause business revolution and political decorum in Nigeria and Africa.

He is versatile on national and international discuss and was the Society/Diary Editor with the Guardian Newspaper Limited, Society Editor with Newswatch Newspaper, and General Manager of News of the World Newspaper. In 2019 March, he joined Ronik Polytechnic, Lagos as a part-time lecturer where he teaches HND students the Principles of Organizational Behavior and Citizenship Education for OND students. He is a trainer with the Professional School of Public Relations (PSPR). Eso is a global speaker and critical thought leader and has hosted numerous interactive seminars in schools, churches and corporate organizations. 


TAIWO BERNARD

He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University). He had his Masters degree in Industrial and Labour Relations at the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Human Resource Development from Lagos State University. 

He began his career work as Manager, Soata International Limited before moving to Vanguard Media Limited in 1999 where he worked in the editorial desk and left in 2009 as Sub-Editor. He has also worked with other media houses such as News of the World, Newswatch Newspapers and the National Mirror. He was a part-time lecturer at the Lagos State University External System from 2002 to 2014.

Mr. Bernard is a consultant and business strategist to several organizations. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management, Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. He is also a Member, Institute of Cost Accounting and Chartered Institute Of Strategic Managers and Leaders, and Member, Courier and Logistics Management Institute.

He founded TCB and Associates in 2012, a company involved in editing and publishing. He is happily married with children. 


BISI ALABI WILLIAMS

Bisi Alabi Williams is a veteran journalist, public speaker, media consultant, trainer and CEO of Lighthouse Options. Bisi runs Lighthouse Options, an interior decor business company. Alongside Lighthouse Media, a public relations and media consulting outfit. 

Bisi is an alumna of the Chief Executive Programme of Lagos Business School (LBS) and an alumna of the Chief Executive Programme of FATE Business School. She is an associate member of Women in Management, Business and public Life (WIMBIZ).

Bisi is the FATE Foundation SME Journalist of The Year 2012 and a graduate of Sociology from the University of Jos. Bisi is well tutored in the art of putting her right foot forward. She holds three certificates in Etiquette including a Masters in Etiquette and Poise from GSK Etiquette School, Lagos, Nigeria.

Bisi is pragmatic, energetic, passionate, value-driven and focused. She is an enthusiastic speaker, a versatile writer and author. She has used her numerous networking platforms as a rare opportunity to add value to her many spheres of influence while contribute her quota to nation building.

The multiple award-winning journalist, turned entrepreneur is a woman with a great sense of impacting lives and achieving her dreams. She is known for her high interest and incurable passion in social issues and the development of the spirit of entrepreneurship in Nigeria.

The amiable Bloomberg fellow is the Inspirational Leader of the year 2018 (Green World International (KAQ). And inspirational Leader of the year 2019 (SHF). Bisi is that person you always want to have on your team. She is well respected in corporate, business and women circles for her sterling qualities and her vast media experience.

Beyond journalism, she is a LinkedIn and WIMBIZ mentor and the youth minister in her church. She is happily married with two adorable sons.


ADITI RAMAN SHRIDHAR

Aditi Raman Shridhar is a dynamic young Indian journalist. She has worked with leading english dailies and magazines in India and currently writes health and wellness columns in an Ondo-based newspaper, The Hope. 

Aditi started her journalistic career quite young. She has garnered over 10 years of professional experience in that field. She was selected as the editor of her high school newspaper, Xavier-online, in St. Xavier's School, Bokaro, India which fuelled her passion for journalistic writing.

In 2006, she enrolled in the most prestigious college for Arts in India, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi, where she got a bachelor in History. During this time, the young writer joined a youth newspaper called The Viewspaper, in which she wrote about the successes and challenges of college-going students, the scenario of career and education in India and health and nutrition.

In 2010, Aditi went on to study journalism at the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai and the most prestigious college for journalism in India. After which, she joined Hindustan Times newspaper, where she became the youngest journalist to receive an award for excellence in reporting. Aditi's stories on the rising crimes against women in Jharkhand state pushed the state government to install CCTv cameras in many parts of the state capital, Ranchi.

In 2014, she completed her Masters in Journalism from Cardiff University, UK. Her college thesis focused on the Indian media's coverage of crimes against women. It was appreciated and it fetched the second highest score in her academic batch.

She later joined The Times of India; the most widely read paper in India, as an editor and mastered the art of news editing, page conceptualization and other facets of newspaper production. She was part of the core team at TOI in the country's two biggest political news coverages, namely The Union Budget and General Elections of 2014.

The excellent public speaker and photographer has diversified her skills and become more versatile in her work. In 2013, she was commissioned by Jharkhand state government to travel the state, photograph and write brochures for tourists, as well as boost tourism.

She has since then been invited to many schools and colleges in India to conduct workshops on writing, photography, editing and career counseling. She has also tutored college students for international exams TOEFL & IELTS. She has spoken about the importance of good mental, physical and emotional health as key components to success in life.

She has lived in Akure and Ondo for a year now, where she taught Yoga to women and children. Beyond media, Aditi loves to travel, sing, dance and watch comedy and animation movies. She lives in Lagos with her husband.


OLALEKAN OTUN

Olalekan Otun born on September 28th, 1968 is a mass communication and advertising practitioner who relates well with people. He attended St Annes Primary School, Ibara Abeokuta where he showed leadership traits as Labour Prefect. 

Otun captained Ogun State U12 Handball team that won the maiden Paulosa Tourney in Ilorin. He was Labour Prefect at Mac-job Grammar School, Onikolobo where he passed O, Level WAEC in flying colours (1981-1986). He bagged the most Persevering and Outstanding prize at Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta during convocation in 1991 after his HND graduation and won the NYSC Director Merit award in Akwa –Ibom in 1992. Otun Olalekan was Vice President, Junior Chamber International that built two bus- stop shelters in MAPOLY.

He proceeded to Lagos State University (LASU) for further studies and was National President LASU MBA Alumni in 2016 and National President MAPOLY alumni association between 2008-2012 and served on the 9th Governing Council of the higher Institution.

Otun attended the Advanced Management Programme (AMP20) of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS) Ajah Lekki and further obtained Msc, Mass Communication from Pan Atlantic University.

He is currently a PhD candidate at Babcock University Ilishan-Remo, Ogun State and a Part-Time Faculty, teaching Advertising at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) Ogba Ikeja, and YABA Tech.

Otun is a life member, Senator of the Junior Chamber international and 2004 President, Lagos Metropolitan Junior Chamber that initiated the Outstanding Police Award (TOPA) to recognize excellence and gallantry among Nigeria Police Officers. Listed in who is who of Advertising, he joined The Guardian in 1991 and rose to become the assistant Advert Manager.
He is also a Director of Minds and Brains Limited, event management and venue décor firm and Trans-risk Insurance Brokers Limited. To create insurance awareness, Otun introduced Insurance world programme on MITV every Wednesday at 9pm.

Otun started his Rotary life at RC Ewu tuntun D9110, THE Gateway Club and served as chair Public Relations (2010). He served as Treasurer (2012) and Secretary (2013) , President Elect 2015/2016 and became All Star President, 2016/2017 with a mandate to double the double all club achievements with the Executives and board of Directors.

Being a born again, he served as President, Men’s Fellowship,Aply Praise Ministry International, Jakande Estate Ejigbo, Lagos. In his community where he lives, he was Secretary, Community Development Association, Bungalow Jakande Estate, Oke-Afa, Lagos and was Chairman PTA Ronik Secondary School, Ejigbo Lagos.

He has attended conferences, workshops, trainings and seminars within and outside the shore of Nigeria, namely: Rep Du Benin, Ghana, Kenya, Malaysia, Tunisia, India, Germany, Canada and USA. Otun is married to Mosun and both are blessed with four daughters.
